Digitizing Printed Documents and Artwork

Letters, Recipes, Awards, Certificates and more!
Keep your documents safe by digitizing them before they deteriorate. Most paper materials can and should become part of your digital legacy. Here are some items you can have digitized:
- Handwritten or printed documents
- Old letters – so much history in these as this was how we communicated before social media!
- Postcards
- Holiday Greeting Cards
- Recipes (especially the handwritten ones)
- Newspaper clippings
- Awards and certificates
Vintage printed materials are often in a fragile state, so our expert technicians handle them with the utmost care and use a flatbed scanner to digitize them so there is no further damage. Once these documents are digitized, you can add them to a family slide show, a family photo book or use them in your genealogy project. Your original materials are safely returned to you in the condition you brought them in to us.

Artwork, Drawings, Paintings and Craft Projects
Your personal artwork or your child’s personal artwork can be safely digitized. These hand painted masterpieces are definitley worth preserving and sharing. If the item is flat, it is digitized on our high quality flatbed scanner. If it is dimensional, we professionally photograph it.
Parent tip: This is a great way to declutter at the end of each school year. Have your child select their favourite pieces to have digitized, take photos of them holding some others especially the 3D ones, and then you can safely recycle them without feeling guilty! We can create a photo book of your child’s artwork through their school years which makes a great keepsake!
